How to prepare for first appointment

Please bring updated vaccine records. Rabies vaccine is mandatory for every client. You can bring in person or email records to upstatemeow@gmail.com (prior to visit)

Each cat is required to be in a crate at drop off. If you don’t currently have a crate we recommend this crate.

You can print off a new customer form to fill out or a copy will be available at drop off.

Drop off time is Tuesday - Friday 8:30 a.m. , Saturday 9:00 a.m.
Clients that arrive at 9 am will be rescheduled.
Pick up time is between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday
(If cat is picked up after 2:00p.m. there will be a late fee of $75.00 attached to service price)
(Any cat not picked up by 2:45 p.m. closing time, will be boarded overnight at an extra charge of $250.00 and available for pickup the following business day between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m.
